The "Global Nightmare" Continues

As a follow up to our October 6, 2005 and February 15, 2006 Blog Entries concerning the "Global Nightmare" of a mother and her child, Bob Braun reports in the May 22, 2006 edition of The Star-Ledger that the legal term patria potestas, as applied in the case of In Re The Application of Roberto Giampaolo v. Evelina Erneta, 390 F. Supp.2d. 1269 (N.D. Ga. 2004) may be dispositive -- HOWEVER, see the May 24, 2006 Blog Entry published in the Victims-of-Law website.
