If You Payoff Your Credit Card, You May Be Reported To Homeland Security

BOB KERR of The Providence Journal reported that paying a credit-card bill in an amount which is much larger than that payer's normal monthly payment may cause Homeland Security to be notified, and the payment will be held in abeyance pending clearance from Homeland Security.
